Why use our SMS platform instead of email or other social media platforms?

• In our modern world, the social media platforms are so 'noisy' that many people ignore them while at work, shopping, etc. but usually respond to a message in the SMS space.
• Sending a message to hundreds or thousands of contacts is super easy. If you maintain your contacts on a separate system  (such as spreadsheets, electronic lists, etc.) then simply copy‑and‑paste numbers (and optionally names and 3 'merge' fields)
• Use 'merge' fields for sending personalised information - e.g. outstanding amounts, test scores, etc. (from spreadsheets, etc.)
• Use the CONTACTS page to store, group and SHARE contacts with your other users! (all stored with secure encryption techniques to comply with POPIA.)
• Although the majority of people have social media, some older phones do not have that capability - but EVERY mobile phone can receive SMSs.
• Send messages from your account with ANY computer, tablet, smart phone, etc. (although we strongly suggest using a desktop PC or laptop)  that has internet and a modern internet browser such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Apple Safari, etc. zero software to install - just LOGIN and send your messages!!
• Messages and replies are 'tied' together into a 'conversation' - similar to social media platforms. Print a conversation for proof, etc.
• Messages and replies sent on our platform CANNOT be removed - this 'history' of communication is always available.
• *Include a document (PDF) or image in a message - handy for schools that send regular correspondence.
